4. Thời gian và địa điểm nộp báo giá: Trước 14h00 ngày 17-10-2023 tại Văn phòng TMB.

5. Thời gian và địa điểm mở báo giá: 14h10 ngày 17-10-2023 tại Văn phòng TMB.
